Quite nice

The breakfast is very nice. The view is nice too.

The room felt a bit old, you can see some mold here and there. the swimming pool was quite dirty and ladders felt loose, I guess need some maintenance. If you are a couple and not used to sleep in a small bed, I don't recommend small double room. The bed in it is quite small (full bed), so we upgraded to a bigger room which had 2 of these beds.

Very good location, easy walk to restaurants and bars. Friendly helpful front desk. Terrific complimentary buffet breakfast, clean pool area, lots of space.

Modernized modernist family hotel just on the sea board

Location on boulevard , beds were exquisite, balcony was large , view towards town and sea.Staff worked very hard. Breakfast was humongous although very busy the first day , second day was more relaxed. Color scheme was modern fresh.

Lifts are small for such a large building. Parking onsite expensive but due to lower season street parking worked . Coffee tea making facilities should be present.

Excellent stay in charming L’Escala

Great location on sea five minutes walk to town. Great breakfast & pool area. Staff is amazing, friendly & helpful. We had an issue with AC in our 1st room & they changed our room immediately. Grazie Giada. Other front desk staff were great too. Would highly recommend!!

The Receptionist Giada was extremely kind and helpful in giving us information about everything ( and we asked her several times during our stay.). Others were nice too. Very Good Breakfast.

Very Good

We enjoyed our stay, the location is perfect, amazing view. Friendly staff at the reception. Nice pool area and nice breakfast.

Many things could be improved though, the hotel is a bit old. (Humidity and water coming from the ceiling during a rainy day) Our room was very small. Considering these points, it was a bit pricey.

Very lovely and relaxing, a perfect beach escapade

Booked a stay for my inlaws and they were super happy, they said the breakfast was lovely and the views were great besides the pool, which they enjoyed greatly too. Would definitely recommend

Nice location by the beach. Close to shops and restaurants. Comfortable and clean room with terrace. Great and safe parking facilities.

Wonderful

The room and pool were amazing, very friendly staff, and the hotel has a perfect location. They had lots of activities free of charge, like paddling, yoga, kayaking, movie night, etc. Perfect place for a summer vacation.

Great location sea view, short walk to old town and new town, hotel was very clean, rooms spacious great air condition and cleaned everyday, good breakfast, pool lovely, plenty of sun beds, bar reasonably priced. Staff all friendly Could not complain about anything.

Ideal location but overpriced

Location was the highlight. The pool was also lovely and the breakfast was really good.

The room was very small. I don’t think it should be sold for two. As well, the price was overpriced with what we got. One of the ladies in reception was not very nice. The curly hair lady. This morning I asked about the pool time table and if it was possible to put my towel there while I had breakfast. Her answer was very judgemental and I don’t think you should talk to clients like that. She suggested that my question was unethical and gave me very bad looks. I am not complaining about if it was possible or not, rules are rules and I like to respect them that is why I asked but there is no need to make someone feel bad to ask a question. I also want to say that it was only her that was not nice. The other staff in reception, two gentleman and the young woman were super lovely.
